Legislative Vision

Paul Eurek is a Main Street conservative who believes entreprenuership is the road to rural recovery, and he is living that challenge. His computer software businesses have succeeded at the national level and he is bringing that investment back to Nebraksa communities.

One example: He is opening a Loup City office in that city's old Carnegie Library, which he's renovating for private and public use. He is renovating one of the floors himself to provide a technology lab that would be available to the public.

Eurek is articulate and demonstrates a sharp mind in offering ideas to address Nebraska issues. One example: certain tax break options to help mom-and-pop businesses. He is engaging and demonstrates an impressive abilty to connect with people. Mention economic challenges, technology issues or road needs, and this Nebraskan responds with clear-eyed, practical observations relevant to the state.

Heineman Endorses Eurek for Legislature

Governor calls Paul Eurek a "proven and experienced leader"

LOUP CITY - Legislative candidate Paul Eurek has received the endorsement of Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman. Eurek, a Republican from Loup City, is running to succeed term-limited State Senator Vickie McDonald in Central Nebraska's District 41.

"Paul Eurek is a true conservative and a proven leader who has what it takes to create jobs and economic opportunity in rural Nebraska," said Governor Heineman. "We can trust Paul Eurek to do what's right for our taxpayers, small businesses, and family farms."

Governor Heineman said that Eurek, a third-generation Nebraskan who was raised on a farm in Sherman County, is uniquely qualified to help rural communities succeed because of his strong ties to the district and his experience running global technology companies.

"Paul Eurek has the experience to help the next generation of Nebraska workers compete in a growing global economy," said Heineman.

Eurek said he was honored and humbled by the Governor's support.

"Governor Heineman is widely respected for his leadership to our state and the Republican Party," said Eurek. "I am very proud to have his trust and support."

Governor Heineman and Attorney General Jon Bruning will campaign for Eurek this Friday, April 11, in Albion and Ord. The campaign will host a rally at the Albion Country Club from 3:00 to 4:30 pm and a fundraiser at the Elks Club in Ord from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. The public is encouraged to attend both events.

"Our campaign is building momentum every day, and there is tremendous anticipation for this visit from Governor Heineman and Attorney General Bruning," said Eurek.
